FAQ
Do I send my photo before the kit ships?
No. The kit ships straight away. Your photo goes in later, when you scan the QR card and upload it in the app — that is what generates your pattern.
How long does one take to finish?
Around 38 hours for an A3 and 20 for an A4, at a comfortable pace. It is meant to be picked up and put down, not finished in a weekend.
Which photos suit Vivid best?
Bright, high-contrast close-ups. Vivid pushes colour hard, so a sunlit portrait or a pet against a plain wall reads better than a soft indoor shot. For muted photos, Mono is the safer pick.
What if I run out of a colour?
Every kit is packed with spares. If a packet still runs short, message us with your kit code and we send replacements free.
Can I change my photo after uploading?
Your code generates one pattern from the photo you upload. If you need to change it, message us with your kit code and we'll help.
Is it suitable for children?
The diamonds are small, so it's best suited to older children and adults.
